Their rolls are fresh and inventive and owner, Kevin, often adds his own little twist by making rolls in the shape of a dragon or a heart. Looking for a sushi happy hour? Sunday and Wednesday’s from 5:30-9:30 Gui hosts $20 all you can eat special. But don’t leave anything on your plate, or you will be charged the normal price. Conveniently located on McKinney, Gui is a great place to go on a Friday or Saturday night before a night out in Uptown.
