Fried Bolonga Sandwich

So it finally happened, I finally had my fried bolonga sandwich at Maple & Motor. I had been craving it all week and talking about it for longer than I can remember, so I finally decided we had to go. This craving was satisfied when the bolonga sandwich was placed in front of me and with the first bite I knew it was everything I could have possibly imagined. A buttered & toasted bun, plenty of mayo, lettuce, tomato and a think slice of bolonga. The perfectly grilled piece of mystery meat was heavenly. It tasted like a hot dog in a burger like form.
