One of the best kept secrets in Dallas is TC’s Shaved Ice on Garland Road. The moment I found this little gem I fell in love and so will you. Here are a few things you need to know: 1. It’s a drive through and there are tons of flavor choices so be prepared to have a hard time deciding which flavor. 2. Order the knockout. This knockout is a large cup of finely shaved ice with the flavor of your choosing and a scoop of cream ice on top. 3. I am not exactly sure what this cream ice is, but I have a feeling it’s condensed milk (so obviously it’s delicious). TC’s Shaved ice is so good you won’t be able to get enough, but it is a hot day so cool down and go treat yourself with a knockout! You deserve it!
