Lee’s Grilled Cheese- grilled cheese made the way you like it, but if your heart desires you can add on jalapeno, chicken, sausage, ham or bacon among others.

Ruthies Rolling Cafe- grilled cheese made just the way you like it.

Tacos

Ssham BBQ Black and Red- Korean tacos, chicken, pork, short rib or tofu. Not in the mood for a taco? Get a burrito bowl, quesadilla or Ssham Dog (bacon wrapped beef franks)

3 Men and a Taco- jerk chicken? Ethiopian chicken? a new refreshing style of taco.

Crazy Sisters- a blend between modern Latin and American cuisine. Order some San Antonio style tacos, a burritos or a burger.

So Cal Tacos- Honey Chipotle Grilled Salmon taco? Sounds like love.  Not a seafood fan? Try a Newport (steak taco) or a Del Mar (chicken). This taco truck is a different experience, watch as the chefs jam out to music as they cook your food.

Healthy

Greenhouse Truck- gourmet healthy food. Rice bowls, sandwiches, soup and don’t forget salads. A healthy alternative to the usual fast food frenzy.

Potato Potahto- baked russet or sweet potato made to order, add your toppings or get one of their specials changing daily. Cliantro lime chicken? Shrimp Jambalya?

Dessert

Get Enticed- gourmet shaved ice, using their own syrups without preservatives and high fructose corn syrup.

Rockstar Bakeshop- who doesn’t love a good whoopie pie? I know I do.

Cupcakin Machine- Cupcakes in every flavor you could ever imagine, from s’mores to chocolate butter cup.

Trailer Cakes- Want a cupcake with a creative name? What about a Stairway to Heaven? A chocolate cake with a peanut butter center and chocolate ganache frosting. YUM
